I can confirm that I am experiencing the 2.4GHz interference issue mentioned in the docs. Even though the HDD works fine and I booted my Pi from the SSD after 2 days of work, it doesn't connect to WiFi. This also affects my wireless mouse adapter. There is no protection around the small U-shaped Geekworm USB adapter. The same Msata drive doesn't interfere if it's in another company's adapter, so it's not a Pi issue. Geekworm needs to develop this product better to be better shielded. Also, I don't think putting the Pi in a metal case will help with WiFi reception either. Telling me to use 5GHz is also not an option as I have to use 2.4 for the band.
