Move along and spend a few more bucks to get something that isn't garbage. The material is so thick and course that you won't be able to tie it. It's like trying to wrap curtains around your neck. From what I can tell there are a load of similar items for about the same price and I imagine they are made from the the same subpar material. You get what you pay for and in this case $18 is a lot to pay for junk.
