Review on GMB 150 1160 Replacement Water Pump by Ramon Hood

I bought this item because the description says the gasket does not require sealant and mounting screws are included. Neither is correct. The instructions on the box and on the sheet inside the box require sealant to be applied to the gasket. Fastening hardware is a joke - only very small bolts that will most likely break in your block. Since all of these replacement pumps appear to be made by the same company in China and then packaged to order, I would suggest buying the cheapest one.
