They fit perfectly and are very soft. Soft inside and out. but outside is softer and nobody outside of family can see me. I wear them inside out! ;) Yes, I wear men's pajama pants because they are large, comfortable and cover a large area. I don't usually wear pajama pants at all. but this winter I was colder and wanted something to wear just for walking around. This is a great first purchase! I don't like the feel of some fabrics so I was hesitant about what to choose online. When I saw the word "Minke" in the title, I knew I had to give it a try. Glad you did! They are thin but warm. I recommend.
