Review of the i7 8700K. For a long time, of course, I planned to buy it for myself to replace my old i7 4770k, to be honest, I expected that there would be a performance increase, but so much! It can take 4.8-5 Ghz without any problems, but you need a good dropsy or a tower cooler. You will certainly feel the full advantage in games and software that can work with more than four cores. Below I attach screenshots of the test performed in Far Cry 5 on two almost identical systems (except for the type of memory, the memory frequencies were the same), as you can see, even in games the result is obvious. If you are the owner of an i7 4770k, 3770k or 2700k and are thinking about whether to take or not to take the 8700k, my advice to you is definitely take it! Great processor with a lot of power!
