Purchased March 9th - I've loaded it with documents to take on a month-long trip in April so I can get to work on my laptop with the files saved from my desktop PC. The drive stopped working when it was only 30 days old on April 9th. Apparently this is a common problem with this device because when I searched google for a solution I found hundreds of pages on the subject. Now I'm back in my office and was hoping that when I plug it into my desktop PC it would suddenly work - which may have been a problem with my laptop port - no luck - the light won't even come on and I can't access all files or even do some fixes e.g. E.g.: rename drive letter, reinstall operating system, reformat drive. By the way, the last return date was April 9th! On the same day it stopped working!
