We built a trailer for a food truck and after it was closed we needed an exhaust system for the exhaust as we will be frying inside. We wanted something powerful, stainless steel and 36 inches wide. It met our criteria and even had built-in lighting, which was very helpful. have a clean and tidy kitchen area to work in. Stainless steel was a requirement and recognized his professionalism. I'm really impressed with all the added features of this hood. It also includes a remote control so when I'm busy working on something I can ask someone else to turn it on and get out of the way while it squeezes the pendant hard. Once it's on it pulls vapor up and into the side at various wattage levels and when it's cranked it runs really fast. One thing that sets it apart from others I've reviewed is that it has built-in lights. They are actually quite bright and Enough light on my grill and fryer I also have overhead lights but these spotlights are directly on the grill and frying surface. installation wasn't difficult. It came with clear instructions and I just needed another person to help hold it in place so I could rotate it. Because of this, I don't recommend installing it yourself. The performance is excellent and exceeds my expectations. It also wipes clean easily with my wife's Norwex wipes or a microfiber cloth with purple degreaser spray on it.
