I used an aluminum capped 0118 on my 18 Silverado after the BBK upgrade and it worked great! Leak tested GOOD (lost 1lb in 6 minutes) twice with a thinner cap gasket. I didn't fill the tank so the liquid wouldn't go everywhere and just let the tank hold the pressure. This might not be a good idea for an old, flimsy plastic tank, but mine is relatively new and hasn't had any problems. Pocketed it, pushed it in, pressed the pedal three times with my index finger to put new pads in the calipers and it started bleeding. according to instructions. I changed the fluid in the reservoir before hooking it up and saw fresh fluid returning before I was done with the first caliper. I like this method better, the vacuum method. PS Use a fluid stopper when swapping calipers to minimize fluid loss and improve bleeding.
