Review on 🚚 CURT 13264 Class 3 Trailer Hitch for Toyota Tacoma - 2-Inch Receiver, Enhanced Compatibility by Jack Duncan

The finish and finish of the hitch is excellent. The fit was exact for my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. As mentioned, the hardest part of the installation was fishing out the two bumper bolts with their oblong washers. Unfortunately, I've found that they can't be fished out without removing 1/2 inch from the shims (with an angle grinder). Through one of the holes I found out that the reason for the difficulty is that two bolts go into the cross member of the frame. this will prevent the bolt and washer from passing through. I don't think removing the 1/2" washer would affect the retention of the carriage bolt. The extra length of the washer seems to keep the carriage bolt from rolling into the crossmember tube. I was able to tighten the nuts and lock washers with no problem.
