They arrived bent from shipping as mentioned in other reviews. I filled them with wrapping paper and CAREFULLY heated them with a hair dryer and pressed them into shape. Whilst this was a solution to the problem I believe overheating is possible if you are not careful and had they been boxed rather than in a flimsy bag they would have been in much better condition on arrival. Might cost a few bucks more for the branded version for quality reasons. You don't have to "work" on a new item to get it in good condition to give as a gift!
