Nice set of carbide burs. They are advertised with a 1/4 shank but actually have a .235 shank versus a .250. Is it important? In my case it didn't help, except that I had to tighten the collet a lot harder than usual to keep the burr from slipping off while grinding the steel. However, your collet may be different, so be sure to check before ordering. Once the burrs are tightened they work really great. The carbide is very hard, the teeth are very sharp and cut very quickly when grinding mild steel. There are enough different shapes to meet most of your grinding needs. Packaged with a nice wooden stand so you can find them next time you need them. Good deal if you need grinding burrs.
