Causes the table to freeze
When I mount my Microsoft Surface Go tablet, the touchscreen freezes. Make it useless. It mounts perfectly and is exactly what I wanted if it didn't disable the touchscreen. Hopefully someone from the company can read this and give me a solution as I tried to use the chat function associated with my purchase to contact the company and that didn't work either. Another strike and both are out!
