These screws are very low quality and are VERY easy to remove

The mount itself is very versatile and fits a 10" Insignia tablet very securely. The buttons worked very well according to most. good for me. I've locked and unlocked the mount multiple times with no issues. The main problem with this is the screws that come with the mount. These screws are of very poor quality and are VERY easy to remove. I would suggest using screws other than the ones provided here.

Causes the table to freeze

When I mount my Microsoft Surface Go tablet, the touchscreen freezes. Make it useless. It mounts perfectly and is exactly what I wanted if it didn't disable the touchscreen. Hopefully someone from the company can read this and give me a solution as I tried to use the chat function associated with my purchase to contact the company and that didn't work either. Another strike and both are out!

Fantastic mount, especially for the price

I bought this mount to secure my surface pro in the kitchen. The price was fantastic and the reviews seemed great. I noticed that some people commented that the lock key was weak, the "hand" cradle that actually holds the tablet negates use of the touchscreen, and that the screws were easy to loosen. I would say they may have received faulty models because I haven't come across any of them. It's solid, the touchscreen still works great, and I had a few issues with the wall that meant I had to…

Great brackets but poor locking keys

The brackets themselves work well. They are strong, stable and easy to attach to the wall. Each joint can be adjusted to increase or decrease the movement of the articulating arms and tablet angle. They fit tablets of different sizes and hold them securely. The biggest downside is the lock, especially the key. We installed 3 of these in our office but there were problems with the locks from the start. The key got stuck in one after locking, and our other mount wouldn't open at all. After a lot…

Very sturdy/reliable feel - tablet feels secure

I just got a snazzy new dartboard (Gran Board 3s). This goal doesn't have a built-in scoreboard like most other goals.
