This hoodie is INCREDIBLY stiff and very small. My 7 pound Chihuahua/Terrier mix has a 14 inch chest, 9 inch neck and 11 inch back. He wears clothes every day. Every garment I've bought with these sizes fits perfectly. It's not like this. Because it's 100% polyester, it will NOT stretch. I could barely put it on my head, it restricted the movement of his arms and wrapped very tightly around his body and stomach. Since the pattern is printed and not dyed, it will spread, fade and tear after a single wash. It's kind of soft on the inside, but itchy and "hard" on the outside. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. This is a terrible purchase and I am very confused by the positive reviews. The quality is terrible, you can find cheaper and better quality elsewhere.
