I bought this extractor to make my own wax. I've never done this before, but I have a pretty good idea of how to do it. I wanted to know exactly, but there were no instructions at all for this device. An email to the support email address never got a reply and all I got from Revain's replies were short replies that didn't really help. My biggest concern is that it's butane, which is highly flammable. I also want to make a wax that is so pure that it doesn't contain any traces of butane. For this I need a vacuum pump and a rinsing chamber. But you will never know this when purchasing the device as there was no documentation whatsoever with the kit. And they don't answer the support phone. Physically, the extractor is very well built. This device should last a long time. This device would get 5 stars if they had better support and documentation.
