My 15 pound Slinky Dachshund absolutely freezes when the temperature drops below 50 degrees. Living in Chicago we had a hard time finding the perfect winter coat for him. After some research I came across this Django fur coat made specifically for dachshunds. I'm a bit skeptical about the price as it's a bit more expensive than most, but I have no regrets. Slinky, our picky sausage, loves it. It took Obvi a while to get used to it, but after about 15 minutes of wearing it, he was ready to go outside in his new coat. I love that it's reversible so you can quickly switch from snow/wind protection to a cool, busy day. Down jacket and flannel in one bottle, what more could you ask for?! It covers his entire back along with the front of his chest. The color is great and corresponds to the photo. My only recommendation is maybe make a feature so we can adjust how tight the end is, closer to his tail so he can be a little tighter. Overall I would highly recommend this coat to other cold puppies across the country. Thanks Django!
