This diamond painting was fun but the quality could be better (I think that's what you get for the price ). Some of the squares were slightly smaller than the areas they go into, so there was very minimal "snapping". Maybe 5% of the whole piece was tight. This was a little disappointing because I like the square drill bits not only for the better detail, but also for the wonderful clicking sound when inserted. My other complaint is the color choice. I feel like they could be more diverse, especially the two shades of beige (lower left corner and middle right area; "D" and "T" colors). Technically there are two different shades of beige, but they are too similar in color to be distinguishable. I know a few other reviews didn't like the darker colors on Jesus' face, but from a distance everything seems accurate to me. . Although I'm an artist and I understand that shadows can have interesting colors. It might look weird up close, but from a distance I think it's quite good. The canvas lies flat slightly, the glue is good, no wrinkles. The little zip-lock bags (whoops! Much nicer than non-sealable bags that you have to open) were particularly good because they didn't generate static. Easy to understand buttons and numbers. Minor issues reading some dark letters/numbers over darker colors.
