If you have a cell tower near you, or many towers between you and the cell towers, it can erase the signal from the one that drops every now and then a clean sign. Some of you may be hoping that this will work wonders in poor reception. Here is my experience. I installed a good antenna but am having trouble tuning into the CBS station. The tower is another 15 miles away from others that are 25 miles away. So I'm trying to tune to a station 40 miles away. I rolled it up and rescanned the channels and I didn't just get one good CBS station. I also received 4 other channels that I never got, PLUS another market's NBC channel and one that I shouldn't have received because my antenna isn't pointing that way. While the other market's NBC channel isn't available, it gets paused, but it showed me that this thing really works. I live with a cell tower very close to my house plus a ton between me and the cell towers which are 25 to 40 miles away. I have a good antenna, an amplifier and now this. Don't expect to go to 100% from no signal, but if you get a signal it may be boosted just enough to help you.
