Worked well while it was working. I bought it in July and it stopped working and on October 18th a strange message appeared. So about 3 months. The shave isn't as smooth as advertised, but it gets the job done. If you hate using a regular razor like me then this might be the answer. The warranty process is not the worst and not the best. They agreed to send it in for repair/replacement. However, the shipping costs are at my expense. The expected turnaround time isn't great, but I can update it if/if I get it back. Overall very disappointed that it suddenly shut down after almost 90 days of actual use. I was careful with the 5V charger, never dropped the shaver and never submerged it in water even though it was waterproof. Will update if the next one is better, but at this point I wouldn't recommend paying that price when there are much cheaper alternatives. The razor that was sent for my money took about two weeks. The finish of the new razor is peeling. These things are very cheaply made considering the price. You only pay for the brand. I have one of the $30 Revains and it works just as well.
