The keys are a little cramped and require a little more force than I'm used to. However, I type with a lot of force, so it doesn't really bother me. I wish the key heights were 25% to 50% lower to better match the height of my laptops, but I don't mind that either. Regardless, this keyboard is very thin overall. I wish there was a version with black keys to match my theme, and for the price [because a $30 wired keyboard is still in high demand these days] backlit keys would be awfully good. I can even tolerate THAT. What I can NOT take from such an expensive and beautiful keyboard is the constant and increasingly frequent disconnection from my laptop. It's the only device that's securely connected and accidentally disconnects. My mouse, whether connected directly or through a high-quality Wavlink document, NEVER disconnects - and it's a jelly comb mouse! JELLY COMB! A high end budget brand that doesn't even have an easy to follow website but has a $14 mouse that's BETTER than that $30 keyboard! This is both crazy and insanely disappointing. Good thing for Prime. If I didn't need it for my work machine, I would have sent it back. But unfortunately I have to wait for a new keyboard before I can return this huge disappointment for a full refund. What an inconvenience. Before worrying about gimmicks like integrated USB ports, focus on a solid product with plenty of styling options. The keys could be shorter, there could be more theme options available [this is the only theme the company makes], it could have an LED backlight for the price, it could do without USB ports on board [especially with permanent disconnects and NOT reconnecting] etc. Keyboard could work better [it has already turned off 5 times in the last 24 hours]. I've only been using it for two days and I'm having these issues. Save your money and buy from another brand. I don't care if this company sends me a custom version that's guaranteed to work, I still want a full refund. I had inconveniences, it interferes with my work and the price is too high.
