This is exactly what I needed. I don't even have to take the card out of the reader. I just pull one end out, pop it into my phone and copy my files, put the cap back on (can't forget that). Transfer it to your desktop, remove the other top, plug it in and voila! Did. Just please. Small enough to fit in your pocket and it's fast. Regardless of the type or speed of card I put in, it fit right away. I am very happy.
