Review on πŸ’‘ CyberPower 120V/15A Basic PDU, Rackmount, 10 Outlets, 15ft Power Cord, CPS1215RM - Improved SEO by Michael Gonzales

Requires outlets (front and rear) and a long power cord.!

I have to say this is a very good surge protector for the money! I revised my setup because I needed to rearrange the TV, sound system and recording studio to make the space feel more open and less cluttered. / a previous brand I used to buy (Pyle - very good) to essentially "separate" the left and right sides of my TV, sound system and studio. And this CyberPower is exactly what I need! I am very happy that this device has power outlets on the front and back, so some devices that I don't need to plug and unplug often can easily be plugged in from the back. Meanwhile, devices that I don't need to constantly plug in or that only need temporary power can be plugged into the front of the rack-mounted surge protector (e.g. laptop, cellphone, MIDI/distortion/effects pedals, etc.). ) I also used my condenser mic through the preamp connected to the CyberPower - no audio issues like "hiss", low hiss or crackles. Works very well! I've included a photo to give you an idea of the size and shape compared to other equipment I have in my standard 19" rack, along with the fact that it's rack mountable too. You can see that some of the front ports are in use - very handy. I hope this can help with your purchase decision and experience.
