Review on Carlisle XT500008 Cateraide Insulated Beverage Server/Dispenser: Superior Quality and Efficiency by Brandon Miller

I bought three of these containers, two black and one blue/slate. Lots of reports of leaking pipes so I was on the lookout for problems. Following the instructions, I removed the jets to flush them. The blue had no gaskets or washers. They would all merge. Holes were not machined. Rough surfaces, large chips and production debris around holes. These jagged edges caught the existing washers and unthreaded them from the fittings as they were tightened, leaving gaps for fluid flow. There doesn't seem to be any quality control in this area at all. I was able to find washers/O-rings that should do the job. I don't have time to wait for the right items, I need them for the event. I will contact the seller for compensation. So far I've spent/wasted over three hours with this problem. Make sure you check them out as soon as you receive them, otherwise you may be very disappointed.
