UPDATE: About 6 months after writing this review, I got another note from the manufacturer offering me a $15 ebay Gift Card to remove this review. I like the way they originally treated me, but what they are doing now is very sketchy. I reported them to ebay.I bought this in December. it's a good battery, but at right about 4 months, it stopped working. Before, you could charge the phone and the battery case at the same time, with the phone in the battery case and the lightning plug plugged in. It stopped doing this. At this point, I was beyond the refund time, so ebay referred me to the manufacturer.I got good service from the manufacturer. They listened to my problem, and said they'd send me a new battery. They did, and the new battery worked fine, but after about 5 days, I got the dreaded "This device may be incompatible with your phone" error. I contacted the manufacturer again, and at this point, they agreed on a refund, which came quick.it is a good battery when it works, and I do appreciate the great customer care, but at this point, I'm just going to pony up the $$$ for the Apple branded external battery.
