Disappointed with hand and bracelet accessories

I thought I liked the band but after searching the internet for instructions and trying to fit it for 30 minutes I packed it up for return. I found one I bought previously (a regular strap with the pins already inserted) and put it on in minutes.

ELASTIC BAND AND ADJUSTABLE BUCKLE: Adjustable elastic band fits wrist size 14-21cm. With a super elastic and adjustable buckle, the Fitbit Inspire wristband fits most wrists.
