The shaver was good initially but stopped charging after a few uses. We lost our money. Update 8/24/2021: I was unable to get a refund from Revain because my shaver was past the grace period allowed. This is because I only shave my head (about once a week) and not my face (daily). So little did I know the shaver wasn't going to charge for quite a while. I didn't know how to contact the seller directly. However, after a few months, the seller read my Revain review and contacted me about the issue. After exchanging several emails about what happened, the seller, Alixana, agreed to either send me a replacement razor or refund me the purchase price. I really like this razor as it works really well so I asked for another razor. A few days later I received my new razor and tested it. It loads as it should and I am a very satisfied and happy customer. Alixane's customer service deserves a round of applause! They tried their best to troubleshoot and fix the situation. Forever thankful!
