I decided to try Acetyl-L-Carnitine after reading about its benefits online. I bought this instead of the NOW brand because of the 1000mg label. I took two capsules based on the recommended dosage of at least two grams pre-workout. I didn't feel much of a difference and when I looked at the bottle I noticed that two capsules equals 1000mg, meaning each capsule is 500mg, just like the NOW brand. After taking four capsules I now feel a huge difference in my workouts, I've become more focused and energized! This is a great product but I would like to warn everyone that 1000mg is not a capsule but a serving.
