The system is reliable and easy to use even if you are not familiar with computer systems or software applications. It provides good support for our business operations. I have no complaints at this time. Our organization has been using the sycor platform since its initial implementation in 1998. This system continues to be one of our primary platforms for supporting our IT infrastructure. We benefit from being able to access critical data stored within the database through multiple devices including mobile phones.
