Poor workmanship. The injector tip, which goes into the cylinder head, was damaged on two of the four injectors. The injector tip consists of two parts that are connected by two sealing rings. The outer o-ring section slides over the next o-ring section. One of these sections has two tabs that fit into the slots in the other section. On TWO of the four nozzles, the tabs did not line up with the slots and they were pinched together, causing the nozzle tip to deform. No nozzle fits, not even damaged ones.
