The most important feature is that I can check my status of each rule in every state at any time from anywhere online or mobile device! It's very easy to use as well so no complaints there either!! Sometimes you have trouble finding rules for specific states but overall this program has been great thus far - sometimes we do not get all our reports back yet which makes tracking down certain info difficult (and annoying!). We've found ways around some issues though :) Definitely worth using if your business needs help with keeping up-to date records across multiple jurisdictions/states.
