Updated Rating 5 stars instead of 4: Added a few photos and dried some hot peppers from my garden. I'm dehydrating some canned fruit right now. The product is working like a charm so far. The only criticism is that the temperature is only displayed in degrees Celsius. Easy solution with a quick calculation, or if you're bad at math use google. You should allow the product to toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius. However, I repeat, the product still works like a charm and deserves 5 stars despite the Celsius complaints. Good stuff! Old review: Bought to help dehydrate foods I don't eat straight from my garden. However, due to the current pandemic, I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I will update this review after using it for the first time (give me a few days). I can say it's quite big with lots of shelves for products. A cupboard or shelf for storage is helpful as you probably don't want to leave it on your countertop unless you use it every few days. Although it looks classy and professional, I wanted to buy a large dehydrator because I live alone and have a fairly large yard. I give the product 4 stars for its looks and the fact that it is exactly what I wanted in terms of size. I'll update this review with photos and adjust the star rating accordingly after filling it with a bunch of herbs and veggies.
