We are going on a 10 day trip and need to replace an old Phillips DVD player that we had for about 3 years. The DVD player arrived on time and well packaged. Seems to work as described. It has a great picture, although it's a little hard to see when you're at a serious side angle. The sound is quite good, not very loud, but you can hear it in the truck without any problems. The headrest bracket works as intended, but the headrest bracket that came with me had one of the straps sewn on incorrectly, so I quickly fixed it. The straps are long enough for any size headrest and hold the DVD player well. The remote works well but you have to be pointing fairly closely at the front for him to read. We had no problems with the DVD player and it's just what we needed. For the price you can't go wrong in my opinion. I contacted ZESTYI about the headrest holder and they said a new one was on the way.
