Review on ⌚ Seiko SUT110 Two-Tone Stainless Steel Women's Watch by Carolyn Brown

I did a lot of research before purchasing this Seiko watch. I had another Seiko model in mind, but settled on this one because of the dark dial and elegant strap. I am pleased! The face is definitely black, but not completely black. I'm in my 60's and although the face is small it is very legible against a dark background. I even see the "Day/Date" feature! I'm a thin person so I have small wrists and this watch fits me perfectly. It's so beautiful I can't stop looking. I was really tired of changing the battery in my old watch (it lasted 20 years) and the solar panel seemed like a great idea. I put it in the sunlight right after opening the package and within minutes it started ticking! Changing the time and day/date was very easy. I bought a small tool from Revain for $4 that helped me remove some of the links in the bracelet to get a perfect fit. The dial is about the size of a penny minus the metal around it. This is a great size for everyone, but especially for little ones. All in all it's amazing! UPDATE: After 6 months of use I noticed moisture under the watch glass. It is "waterproof" and has never been worn in water. I contacted Seiko and filled out the warranty card and other forms, paid for the watch's insurance and sent it to Seiko for repair. I received a notification that the warranty has expired. I called her about this as he is only 6 months old. They forced me to send my original bill. In short, they send me a new watch. I'm concerned that sweat or water on my bathroom countertop could cause this to happen again. So be aware that this watch should never be worn in ANY water or come into contact with large amounts of water.
