Bought to convert my 'big' starter to a lighter, smaller starter. Works fine with no game. The 4-pin magnet simplifies wiring if you're also using a stock distributor. One star deducted because what I received was not exactly as described. The starter I received had an 11 tooth gear instead of the 9 tooth listed (more than once) in the description. After some research, I found out that this would not play a role in my application. The attachment also states that it is a 1.7 kW starter. Specialist. The sheet that came with my starter said it was 1.6kW. FWIW, the bolts that came with the starter may look metric but have standard 3/8 threads. Ideal if you are doing a conversion like this.
