Review on 💳 Simplify Payment Processing with the Square Dock for Square Reader by Steven Hudson

I own a restaurant and beauty salon, Square (a flat fee of 2.75%) has solved a lot of problems for me. No more rolls of paper or running out of paper during a transaction, no more pen to get customers to sign a receipt, no more worrying about missing a tip or bundling/billing at the end of the day, and no more storing rolls of paper. Receipts for a possible claim/return by the buyer (by the way, the ink on the receipt still fades after a week, after which it is no longer legible, so there is no point in keeping the receipts). Before Square I used Central Payment, they charged a total fee of about 2.78% (including checkout fees, PCI compliance fees, anti-fraud fees, and a bunch of other fun fees). Then I switched to Elavon, which is promoted by Costco, the rate was almost the same, like 2.75% on everything. So frustrated that I decided to do my own research instead of trying something new every time a credit card rep stops by to offer a "lower/better rate". Not only has Square solved all the problems listed above, but it also has such capabilities. to perform complete and other complex POS tasks like employee timesheets, menu design elements with one image, saving countless hours of fiddling around trying to code or program old clunky POS systems like Sharp POS. and these are just some of them! More importantly, Square can process offline transactions for up to 72 hours, then simply connect to any Wi-Fi and automatically sync and group all deposits. This just doesn't apply to all other end devices if your internet is intermittent, unstable or has no bandwidth. VRX and Elavon m/c will decline the transaction mid-transaction and ask you to reload and go through their initial activation programming, which is a huge headache when you're faced with a line of eager customers trying to pay and come back the work!
