Works very well! hope it lasts From what I see in a few months, I have little doubt that this will be the case. Glue after drying becomes transparent and completely invisible. Also very flexible. I've used it to correct stubs in several major dictionaries and they are as good as new. Even better since the original publisher/printer skimmed on the original glue (we wouldn't be here otherwise, would we?). One caveat with this product is that it is very thin, so use sparingly and be prepared to clean up when you start working with it. This delicacy will help get rid of any remaining lumps after solidification (provided you remove the excess, but even then they can dissolve on their own due to this property. Second caveat: there are no instructions on the bottle. Find out what You must do one final caveat is that this product should not be bought in the middle of winter when there is a chance it will freeze in transit as that seems to be the case (based on other reviews I have read ).Dries fully in about 48 hours and likely stays usable for 4-6 hours after first application.So 16 ounces lasts a long time.You could probably fix the spines of 100 books with that amount.
