Wow! It is great. I am ashamed to admit that I have used a lighter for many years. If you're using a lighter, twist and turn what you're working on - awful, yes it works, but by no means as efficient or effective as this mini heat gun. What really makes this method better than any other is the included attachment that holds heat and wraps around the wire in one motion. There is no need to twist or turn. Honestly, without a nozzle, it's just another heat gun, but it's the only small version with a specially designed heat-shrinkable nozzle. Love it, wish I had owned one a year ago! Comes with a small foldable stand to keep your hot gun off the table and an extra tip to prevent overheating is a nice touch. Just don't lose the curved tip. I use this gun exclusively for wiring with heat shrink tubing. This top shot is the highlight of this pistol, without it I would probably fall back on a lighter.
