I've literally had better packaging for the things I've bought than this. The hardest part was separating the screen's protective film from the "rubber" protective substrate. It's all HARD PLASTIC, the back sides are a bit softer but too hard to press the buttons on the phone. I was afraid that trying to separate the two pieces would tear the screen protector as it made a crackling noise and was very fragile. Screen sensitivity issues when turning on. Also, the colored backing in the middle inside the "rubber" is clear (I had red) hard plastic that seems to crack. She's coming back, my fault I didn't read ALL the reviews and even for the price she's still not worth it! I NEVER write REVIEWS unless it's extreme
