I like that it is easy to use for basic network monitoring as well as more in-depth analysis. It gives me some insights into what my infrastructure looks like but cannot be used with any degree of accuracy when comparing different networks (same location/size). The UI could definitely improve and look less outdated than it currently does. There are also not many free plans available anymore which makes things tricky if you need something scalable for your team. Use this software along side other tools such as Cisco's NetFlow or FlowVisor to get a better picture of how traffic flows within your environment. We were able to easily identify where our clients' web servers were hosted from their offices by looking at the flow of data moving between them.
