I'm 5'6" about 200 lbs with a 38DD/DDD chest. I ordered 4XL and there is NO chest support. Like nobody. The overall quality of the costume was pretty good. A little baggy and no tummy support. But if boobs worked, I'd probably keep them. I show where my breasts sag in my photos versus where they should be in a supportive top. If I literally leaned over, they would fall out. It was like wearing a strapless top.
