I'll skip them next time
They had about 20 minutes and I already hate them. They feel cheap. like I wouldn't pay more than 9.99 cheap. The bottom (soul) looks like cheap rubber imitating polystyrene foam. they slide everywhere. all surfaces. General fit is ok. I wouldn't recommend wearing them in any situation where you have to be on a hard, wet surface. They're cheap, you get what you pay for. Absolutely NO leg brace.
