Positive first my 12 year old son loves it. It arrived on time and well packaged. We washed him before we put him in his bed and then we saw the damage. I think this is a good set overall. I bought the same for my 10 year old, washed it on gentle cycle, had no problems. So not sure if my 12 year old washed it on a different cycle and that was the result. Bottom line he loves it and wants to keep it and it's good that I can sew. UPDATE: I was able to sew up the torn areas and use the comforter with no problems. My 12 year old still loves the blanket. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the seller/company contacted me directly and explained how proud they are of their products. They also shared detailed information on seams and how to go about laundering comfort items. I was surprised when I received an offer to either send me a replacement if the one I had is no longer usable or a 30% refund if I can sit and use the duvet. I feel like it was absolutely amazing customer service. The offer was a sensible and kind gesture. I can use the 30% refund to continue shopping. I will definitely buy from this seller again!
