After looking at various onion or pepper holders, many of them seemed to be too small. I like this! I usually have large green peppers that have small strips cut into them, so I like to wrap the rest in paper towels and store them inside (paper towels make them crispier and fresher). I find this very handy as it has a flat top and bottom so things can be stacked on top or bottom. Most others have rounded or veggie tops that are impractical when space is at a premium. I like the twist clasp on this one - simple and easy to make. Feels safer than my old style which opened slightly when hit. I actually went back and bought a second one to store chopped veggies for faster cooking - just flip it over, dome down and purple bottom up to make it look like a screw-top bowl. I love it very much!
