. I was a bit skeptical but they work. I tested them first by putting a piece of tissue paper inside and submerging them in a sink of water for a few hours. The towel came out completely dry. The next time I tried it was when I went in the pool with my daughter. Still not quite believing this would work, I put my car keys and phone in a ziplock bag before sealing it in my pocket. After two hours in the pool everything was dry. The only thing is that you absolutely must dry the bag completely before opening it, otherwise the water on the outside of the bag will get wet when you take it out. The bag tended to pop open while I was carrying it. I put a rashguard on him and that stopped him from floating. Next time I'll make sure to squeeze out as much air as possible before sealing the bag.
