I've tried many phone holders in the past and they all had one thing in common: they never stay in place. After reading a few reviews I ordered a Vicseed phone holder for my truck. I do a lot of hiking and off-roading, so it's almost impossible to keep the phone holder in place. So far I have been very impressed with the vice seed holder. I have ridden the halter off-road and it has been solid. I didn't move or vibrate on the trail and held my phone perfectly so I could navigate using GPS. I have a samsung s20 ultra so it's a big heavy phone and no problem. I was also impressed with Vicseed's customer service. In addition to the standard Revain follow-up email, I received a personal message from a genuine Vicseed representative who was genuinely interested in my experience with their product and my satisfaction. It's nice to see a modern company take an old-fashioned personalized approach to customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.
