I love things like that. Eliminate odors without your own obvious smell unless you're around. That's a PLUS in my opinion. In places with more airflow, these things don't last more than a month until the balls are dry (like on a shelf in my bedroom under a ceiling fan that runs 24 hours a day). But the bizarre smells that used to linger in this room every morning are now gone, so for me it's worth the $3-4 I pay for a glass! Edit: I have bought them several times and on the last purchase (January 2020) I received a different item. The first few were ALL blue balls. This time it's half blue, half transparent. This new formula or something else doesn't work. I've found that the smells return to the rooms they used to do their thing in and the gel beads don't shrink over time like they did in the past, indicating the smell is being absorbed. Shoot a star. I will add it again if I buy again and get the original better working product. Edited again to show a comparison. The left item is the newer version, the right item is the older version. Both spent the same amount of time in the same room as the control group. As you can see, they work in completely different ways. Not sure why the change but I will not buy again unless the seller can guarantee a better product.
