Review on Cordless Massager Wireless Shoulder Kneading by Dana Bennett

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Deformed product; zero customer support; No guarantee!

The product works as a cordless massager. Number 1. The mesh material looks cheap. It is not smooth and sticks to the fabric of the shirt every time.2. Incorrect description - 8 knots, 4 on each side, but only 4 or 2 on each side will work. Only works 15 minutes per session, no change like 10 or 20 minutes.3. The car charger and wall charger look weak, the wires are very thin.4. There are no instructions on how long you should keep your device charged and I think this is IMPORTANT.5. No information about WARRANTY6. No customer service7. No technical support - the seller or the company leaves you in the dark. From my purchase experience, the massager looks deformed out of the box. I have emailed the seller 3 times with no response and apparently I will wait in vain. Just spend more and buy a better quality product elsewhere, with warranty and much-needed customer and technical support. I've recently bought from two other companies and both have active customer service and fantastic support. Unfortunately not this company. Initial customer reviews are questionable and appear to be written by Chinese people who may be the same people selling this massager.

Pros
  • HEAT AND VIBRATION FUNCTIONS: A conventional back massager with only heating is not enough. That's why we upgrade our back and shoulder massager with heat and vibration at the same time. The electric massager can radiate heat up to 50℃/122℉ and boost blood circulation with soothing warmth. The vibration function can help release your muscle tension like a professional massage therapist.
