1. The position of the screw holes forces you to use a manual hex wrench (even if like me you have a power tool bit) resulting in a fourfold increase in assembly time compared to using a power tool. tool.2. The instructions actually *don't* tell you to use a power tool - this usually indicates materials prone to cracking.3. The recessed position of the screw holes also prevents them from getting enough light, forcing you to find your way around with an Allen wrench instead of seeing the correct alignment. Because the holes are square but flush with the surface of the pressed wood, you cannot turn the wrench more than 90 degrees in one go.5. The Allen key has a ball point that keeps getting stuck when turning.6. The space to fasten the screw is shorter than the wrench orientation shown, so it must be rotated at an unnatural angle.7. The grooves that secure the bottom panel of each drawer are misaligned in some cases, and in other cases the groove itself is too narrow for the panel to slide through - I had to interrupt assembly a couple of times to widen the grooves with a drill bit , before I could continue . The design is almost punitive. If you were to monetize the unnecessary extra time you spent building this dresser, you would quickly realize that it is worth spending more for a dresser that either takes less time to build or comes pre-assembled. This company should redesign the dresser immediately. Shameful.
