I love how easy it was to set up my email confirmations for my members! This product helped us eliminate double or missing email confirmation which led to fewer cancellations & more member responses! We are still using other tools but they don't compare due to their extra service fees. There really isn’t anything I dislike about this software. If you want a way to make sure EVERYONE gets their confirmation after signing up through another means than have them go into the email verification feature first. It's helpful if someone forgets to complete an action at signup like sending their membership information. I love how easy it was for me to use when creating my list. It helped a lot! I would recommend using this if you are looking for something that will be able to work for you. Nothing really but I think it's great so far. I'm happy about everything I've seen so far. This has made my life easier by helping me track down people who have been inactive or haven't checked their inboxes recently.
