There are pockets! - my new rating
They even went to the trouble of aligning the stripes for the pockets and the rest of the skirt. This is a plain stretch cotton jersey with ruffles and an elastic waistband. Should pair perfectly with a red or white t-shirt or polo. I would or wouldn't wear it with leggings or shorts but it's a cute little skirt. My grand niece loves it easy to wash and dry.

- Size XS is perfect for young girls who are just starting to experiment with fashion.

- The size chart may not accurately reflect the child's height, which may result in fitment issues.
